ii. Search using the Parcel Number found at the top of the Bid Form
3. Complete the Affidavit of Non-Interest and have the affidavit notarized.
4. Be prepared to make a 10% deposit and submit the notarized Affidavit of Non-Interest within two
days of notification your bid has won. Deposit must be made by certified check, cashier's check,
wire transfer, or corporate bond.
