Synopsis	The work to be performed under this Contract and for which proposals are invited consists, in general, of the furnishing of all equipment, personnel, labor, materials, tools and incidentals necessary to load, haul, spread, and incorporate, or otherwise properly dispose of at alternate locations (such as landfill, other digesters, etc.), the dewatered, anaerobically digested Biosolids produced at the Lucas County Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) to approved land application sites (or alternate locations), said sites provided by the Contractor, at their own expense, and either rented, leased, purchased, contracted or in some other manner acquired by them. All questions are due by 03-18-2026, 12:00 P.M. Answers will be posted on 03-20-2026 by 2:00 P.M.
