Pender County is requesting sealed proposals for a Land Agent to procure approximately 35 easements to facilitate the construction of a Nanofiltration Water Treatment Plant to serve Eastern Pender County. Most easements will run parallel to existing North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) road rights-of-way. Proposals shall be submitted in person or by FedEx/UPS/courier to 805 S. Walker St., Burgaw, NC 28425. Proposals sent by US Mail should be submitted to PO Box 1578, Burgaw, NC 28425. Responses are due no later than November 13, 2025 at 3pm and must be labeled “RFP # 26-405”. There will be a formal opening at that time and location. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. MWBE or HUB certified firms are encouraged to participate. Pender County reserves the right to waive formalities and interview responding firms, and to reject any or all responses.
