LAKEWOOD CULTURAL CENTER ENTERPRISE TICKETING SYSTEM (THEATER & EVENTS)

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will accept Responses submitted electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) for: LAKEWOOD CULTURAL CENTER ENTERPRISE TICKETING SYSTEM (THEATER & EVENTS)
Responses must be received electronically in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado until 10:00 AM, MT on April 24, 2025, at which time they shall be downloaded from RMEPS.
The City will only accept Responses submitted through RMEPS and will not consider any hardcopy submissions, regardless of delivery method.  All submissions will be time-stamped by RMEPS upon receipt.
If Respondents have questions or need assistance, contact BidNet support at 800-835-4603 option 2.  After uploading Responses documents, Respondents must click the SUBMIT button.  The City will not accept uploads that are “saved” but not “submitted”.  To verify that a Response was submitted successfully, Respondents may contact BidNet Support or verify via the Bid Management tab in Respondent’s account that the documents are not in “Draft” status.
Responses received after the above specified date and time for submittals and Responses not prepared and filed in accordance with the "Information to Respondents" may be rejected.
RFI documents/ project specifications will be made electronically available online at no cost on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) website at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado , as of April 3, 2025. The City of Lakewood cannot guarantee accuracy of information obtained from any source other than RMEPS. Respondents are required to use their own RMEPS account.
All questions shall be sent in writing to Bianca Rhoades, Contract Administrator-Legal, Purchasing Division at email biarho@lakewood.org before 5:00 PM, M.T., on April 17, 2025. An Addendum will be issued, if necessary, to include all vendor questions and City responses and posted on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at: http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado . It is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure addendums issued are acknowledged and submitted along with their respective Response documents.  Failure to submit such addendums may result in disqualification of respective submittal.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject any or all Responses in part or in whole.
