Lakeview School Various Improvements
Synopsis:

We invite interested parties to submit proposals for Lakeview School Various Improvements. The Tender will consist of Base Bid and Separate Prices. Bid Proposals will be received until 2:00pm Central Standard Time, Tuesday, February 18, 2025. All Bids will be opened in private.


As indicated in the contract documents, the Work includes but may not be limited to removal and disposal of existing flooring, plumbing fixtures, washroom accessories, and partitions. Construction will include new partitions, new flooring, interior painting, new washroom accessories, electrical work, installation of minor works and repair of existing surfaces to make good. Protection of interior spaces from dust and debris under Work area, and final cleaning of interior areas affected by the Work is to be included.

Site walkthroughs will be conducted Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 4:00pm local time.

Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and will not necessarily accept the lowest proposal.
