Description:

PURPOSE The City of Kingsland (hereinafter “Owner”) is seeking sealed proposals from certified and qualified General Contractors for the improvement and paving of two adjacent sections of Lakes Blvd East. The westerly section is comprised of approximately .63 miles of unimproved roadbed, and the easterly section is an overlay of approximately .35 miles of existing asphalt pavement. The installation of a five-foot wide concrete sidewalk will extend the entire length of both segments. The work will also include the removal and placement of culverts necessary for proper drainage. The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor.
