The Work generally consists of the following:
• Part A: Dairy Barn Asphalt Concrete Pavement Trail
o The construction of 1,100m2 asphalt concrete trail connecting the Dairy Barn to the remainder of the College Farm. The work will include, but is not limited to: topsoil stripping, excavation and grading, culvert installation, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement and topsoil placement, and seeding.
• Part B: Dairy Barn Approaches
o The construction of 300m2 of approaches to facilitate livestock crossing from the pasture area north of the road to the Dairy Barn. The work will include, but is not limited to: topsoil stripping, importing and placement of clay fill, culvert installation, granular base course and topsoil placement, and seeding.
• Part C: AI Pens and Grading (Provisional)
o The construction of 3,050m2 of beef pens, 850m2 of granular roadway, ditches and miscellaneous grading at the AI Facility. The work will include, but is not limited to: topsoil stripping, excavation and grading, importing and placement of clay fill, culvert installation, compacted clay liner, subgrade preparation, granular base course and topsoil placement, and seeding.
