The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference are specified below and in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
