Lake Stevens Civic Campus

The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the Lake Stevens Civic Campus and all related work, all in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Project Manual, and Addenda (if any). Specific work includes, but is not limited to, interior tenant improvements and sitework improvements. The estimated construction cost for this project is $5,000,000 excluding sales tax.

Questions are to be submitted by email as outlined in the bid instructions, by 5pm local time June 17, 2026. Answers will be posted as an addendum no later than June 24,2026. Sealed bid acceptance will close at 10am local time on July 1, 2026, with bid opening immediately thereafter.
