Proposals will be received by Dwight Luna, Association Manger, of the Lake Sherwood Estates Association in person at 1 Nottingham Drive, Lake Sherwood, MO 63357, until 4:00 PM on April 24th, 2026. A private opening of bids will take place the following day.

The work under this Contract consists of the following:

Retaining Wall Replacement:

Work includes removing existing gabion wall; removal and replacement of sidewalk, stairway existing concrete slabs and docks; installing new ReCon wall, underdrain, geomembrane, granular backfill material, restoration of existing ditch, and finish grading the entire work area to original lines all areas disturbed by construction.

All equipment, material and workmanship must be in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents in the Project Manual on file in the office of the Consulting Engineers, AFFINIS CORP, 8900 Indian Creek Parkway, Suite 450, Overland Park, Kansas 66210.

A bid bond or certified check on a reputable bank in an amount equal to five (5%) per cent of the total amount of each section bid must accompany each Proposal.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after date of opening of bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid, to accept, at its option, any of the alternates, and to approve the bond.

PRE-BID MEETING
