Project Description: The objective of the Lake Ray Hubbard Master Plan Update is to develop a forward-looking roadmap for managing the reservoir and its associated infrastructure including the dam, spillway, outflow gates, and related facilities, along with its water supply, watershed, shoreline, and recreational resources. The plan will provide recommendations to guide future operations, land use, shoreline maintenance, erosion protection, and coordination with regional partners. It will also include timelines for updates and evaluation of key elements of the lake management and initiating future projects. Project Manager: Sara Mille
