Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the completion of the scope of work outlined in this RFP to provide turnkey design, permitting, procurement, and construction/renovation services for a 20-year-old commercial office building.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. MST. Please meet in the main front office. 1307 North Commerce Drive, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045.
Bidders must be early or on time, as the walk-through will be closed precisely at the listed time. THOSE EVEN ONE MINUTE LATE WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
Length of the Contract
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. Construction is anticipated to commence on September 15, 2026
and to be substantially completed by April 15, 2027.
Background
Lake Mountain School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide turnkey design, permitting, procurement, and renovation services for a 14,696-square-foot commercial office building. Originally configured as four separate tenant suites, the facility will be transformed into a single, unified administrative headquarters. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a fully integrated solution under a single contract, providing single-point responsibility for all aspects of the project.

Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Lake Mountain School District is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #LMSD06222026. This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP.
