Project Description: The City of Tempe (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to establish a two-year contract with renewal options for maintenance service of the City’s lakes and fish population. The City has lakes with established aquatic life that need weekly monitoring and maintenance by an experienced Contractor. The lakes have fish populations, water chemistry and biological systems that must be inspected and tested, chemicals to be added as needed, and overall care management.
