Lake County 5 Roofs Project

1. The Project consists of roof replacement at various locations within the County of Lake.

Work to include:

Removal, disposal, replacement and installation of a modified bitumen roof system at all five locations., Replace all blocking., Replace all coping and flashing., Replace expansion joints.,

2. With the exception of the OWNER FURNISHED PRODUCTS identified in Section 01

64 00 of the Specifications, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the following work in strict accordance with all of the Contract Documents.

3. The County (Owner) will provide roofing materials specifically listed in Section 01 64 00 of the specification section in the quantities listed only. The Contractor shall be financially responsible for the materials that are not supplied by the County. Roofing contractor is required to purchase any necessary additional materials at roofing contractor’s cost and should be included in bid price. Contractor is responsible to coordinate ordering materials, receive and unload all materials at site, safely stage and load all materials to roof.

4. Permits: The County has secured all required building permit(s)
