Description:	The intent of this RFP is to establish a contract with a vendor that can provide cost effective and medically necessary services while maintaining a level of quality in accordance with current standards established by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) and the American Correctional Association (ACA) for the Lake County Adult Correctional Facility (LCJ).Â Additionally, the health services program for the Adult Correctional Facility must comply with the minimum county jail standards as defined by the Illinois Department of Corrections and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
