The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the following project in Montgomery County, Conroe, Texas: CSP No. 25-0002-A Lake Conroe Dam Crest Road Repairs (Lake Conroe Division).
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The Project consists of pavement crack repair throughout most of the project limits, which span approximately 1,100 linear feet from the gate near the Adams Building to the Dam Spillway on top of the Lake Conroe Dam Crest Road.
Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost: $189,755.00.
Estimated project schedule: Substantial Completion within 120 calendar days after NTP and Contractor shall achieve Final Completion 30 days of the date required for Substantial Completion.
