Volusia County seeks a Florida Licensed General, Building, or Marine Specialty Contractor to provide permitting and construction services for the replacement of a timber pier and dock structure. The work includes removal and replacement of approximately 570 linear feet (lf) of boardwalk, pilings (if necessary), and associated handrail, lighting and SS 304 hardware. All work shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring environmental protection and ADA compliance.
