A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted for the project. The meeting will be held via Teams, October 3, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (Hawaii Standard Time). Meeting information is shown below: For pre-bid meeting information please coordinate with Ms. Deb Aweau at [email protected]
A non-mandatory site walk will be conducted October 16, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. HST.
To attend the meeting, follow the directions below.

Visitors must marshal at the Operations Facility and sign in prior to the site walk, the site walk will begin at 10:10 a.m. HST.
Bidders must be qualified in compliance with Section 103D-310 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes.
Attendance of the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting (October 3, 2025) and site walk (October 16, 2025).
