Laguna Niguel July 4th Drone Show

The City is seeking proposals to secure a qualified Contractor with the resources, capacity, and experience to manage and coordinate, create, and deliver a 4th of July Drone Show. The scope shall include furnishing all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to operate the programs and services as described in the Scope of Service.

The Contractor shall create a unique display featuring a minimum of 400 drones to be displayed at Crown Valley Community Park at approximately 9:00 PM PST on July 4th. The Contractor will collaborate with City Staff to develop images that will be displayed in the sky using drones.

All work performed by the Contractor shall be professional, utilizing state-of-the-art safety methods, industry standards, and equipment considered “best practices” for operating a drone show in Southern California. Contractor shall meet all local, county, state, and federal requirements related to drones. The actual work performed, contract requirements, and compensation procedures are defined further in the following sections of this document.
