LAGRANGE STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

LAGRANGE STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS:
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Grantville, Georgia for LAGRANGE STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, which includes the installation of approximately 680 linear feet of HDPE Storm Drainage Pipe including 110 LF of 18" diameter pipe, 285 LF of 30" diameter pipe and 285 LF of 36" diameter pipe, and 5 storm drainage structures, concrete and gravel pavement patching, installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, traffic control, permanent grassing and other related work. The contractor will furnish all materials and perform all work associated with the project.

Separate sealed bids for construction of LAGRANGE STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS will be received by City of Grantville, Georgia (also referred to as Owner) from qualified Contractors to include all associated work labor and materials, equipment and appurtenances required to complete the work for LAGRANGE STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS as described herein.

Bids will be received at the City of Grantville, Georgia, 123 LaGrange Street, Grantville, Georgia 30220, at 2:00 p.m. legal local time, Tuesday, May 13, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids submitted by mail or courier are required to be delivered before the Bid Opening time stated above and should be addressed to: City of Grantville, Georgia, 123 LaGrange Street, Grantville, Georgia 30220, Attention: Al Grieshaber, Jr.

No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds Georgia State Contractor's License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43 14.

Sets of the Bid packages consisting of one set of plans and specifications may be obtained at the office of Brennan Jones Engineering Associates, LLC, the Engineer, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of $100.00 for each set.
