Lafleche Dam Interim Spillway Repairs

Lafleche Dam impounds the Wood River to form the Thomson Lake reservoir. The dam is located approximately 10 kilometers south of the Town of Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan. The dam’s spillway is visible and accessible from Saskatchewan highway #58.
The scope of work for this RFQ includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Care of Water including cofferdamming, dewatering, and temporary diversion of Low-Level Outlet discharge piping.
• Fencing
• Signage
• Concrete Repair including hydro-demolition
• Full depth replacement of spillway chute slabs including under-drainage piping, waterstops, seals, and joint armour plates
• Retrofit spillway point drains
• Downstream riprap apron
• Post-tensioned thread bar anchoring in lower spillway chute
• Installation of piezometers in spillway chute
