AMENDMENT 002 EXTENSION: The purpose of this amendment is to:



1. Correct Depth of mattresses from 10.5 inches to 9 inches.

2. Extended response due date from 1 July 2025 at 10:00AM CDT to 3 July 2025 at 10:00AM

AMENDMENT 0001: This RFQ edit is to incorporate the "RFQ Questions and Answers" document.

This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for the delivery, installation, removal, and disposal of 400 twin XL mattresses. This combined synopsis/ solicitation for a commercial product is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This service is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside only and the associated NAICS Code for this requirement is:






  • 33790 - Mattress Manufacturing



The vendor shall respond to this RFQ using the attached Solicitation document and send it via email to Christina Shoffner, email: christina.shoffner@us.af.mil and N. Marie Phillips, email: norena.phillips@us.af.mil by the date and time noted within this combined synopsis/ solicitation notice.
