PCL Webcor a Joint Venture (PWJV) is interested in obtaining proposals for: LOS ANGELES CONVENTION CENTER EXPANSION AND MODERNIZATION PROJECT.

PWJV has been selected by AEG Plenary Conventions Los Angeles (APCLA) to submit a Firm, Fixed Price proposal for the design and construction of the Project.
Firms may submit proposals for one or more scopes.

Scope of Work (RFP-DS-01, Digital Signage - LED & CMS Systems)
This scope comprises the design-build, furnishing, and installation of the secondary structure, LED digital displays, content management systems, electrical branch panels, and low-voltage for the six digital signs. Minimum of five years experience working with LADBS. Must be a union contractor or willing to sign a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). Demonstrated bonding capacity of at least $38 million and eligibility for prequalification on projects exceeding $40 million with both PCL and Webcor.
