Laboratory Testing Services

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Rochester Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Laboratory Testing Services at Rochester Psychiatric Center located at 1111 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

There will not be a site visit for this solicitation.

Questions from bidders are to be submitted by Tuesday, October 8, 2024, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on October 16, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
