The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Services Unit, located in Shiprock, NM 87455, has an upcoming requirement for monthly laboratory services for testing and analyzing of the facilities process quality water for the General Services Department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center. This includes providing all necessary equipment to collect and store the water samples, testing the samples, and providing the results of the tests. The Period of Performance will be a Base period of 12 months followed by 4 additional Option periods of 12 months each for a potential total of 5 years of service. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334513: Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00126 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by April 16, 2026. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the attached SOW and price. Quotes will be due on or by Thursday, April 23, 2026. The acquisition is a Small-Business Set-Aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
