Project Description: The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals, the Offeror will be the prime, virtually exclusive, lab vendor for the Cincinnati Health Departments. The Offeror will provide a phlebotomist during hours of operation and until the last patient has been evaluated by the provider at the Cincinnati Health Departments.
