This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 36C25725Q0871 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. (iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, 08/07/2025. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks procurement for Linearity Material to support compliance testing for Roche COBAS Analyzers for the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Healthcare System, 2601 Veterans Drive, Harlingen, TX 78550.
Delivery Requirements: Place of Delivery: Harlingen Health Care Center (HCC), 2601 Veterans Drive, Harlingen, TX 78550. Period of Performance/Delivery Timeframe: Base plus 4 option years Base Year: 11/01/2025 to 10/31/2026 Option Year 1: 11/01/2026 to 10/31/2027 Option Year 2: 11/01/2027 to 10/31/2028 Option Year 3: 11/01/2028 to 10/31/2029 Option Year 4: 11/01/2029 to 10/31/2030. Additional Delivery Requirements All shipping shall be inclusive of prices within the schedule and FOB Destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Any offeror s quotes received after the prescribed date/time shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for the award. 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical and Price Acceptability of the supply shall be established by review of each submitted quotation by the designated evaluator(s). A comparative evaluation will be performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
