The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from experienced firms or independent contractors for the purpose of obtaining Labor Relations Administrator (LRA) Services pursuant to Chapter 259, Labor Relations, of the Codified Ordinances of Loudoun County, also known as the Loudoun County Collective Bargaining Ordinance (CBO) (see Section 3.0 for CBO reference). The County intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFP.
