This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide the Pittsburgh VA University Drive Campus, located in Pittsburgh, PA, with three (3) Epredia HM 355S Automatic Microtomes. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about February 12, 2025.

The full solicitation will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Â The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; the size standard is 1000 employees.
