Project Description: To provide laboratory services for the Department of Health and Human Services, Utah State Hospital (DHHS). Services must be provided at 1300 East Center Street, Provo, UT. There are six forensic services units, five adult services units and three pediatric units. Contractor will provide labs for Utah State Hospital patients and employees
