This is an admendment to Eaton and Liebert certification to read:

From: OEM Eaton and Liebert certification for preventitive maintenance

To: Preventive maintenance shall be performed by qualified technicians with demonstrated UPS experience. OEM-certified technicians shall be used only if tasks require proprietary software access or factory-only tools.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 Effective on 7 August 2025. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://acquisition.gov. Submission of a quote acknowledges receipt of the applicable provision, and clauses incorporated into this solicitation. To be awarded this contract, the offeror must be registered in the SAM(https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and remain active during a period of performance.). All vendors

MUST have a publicly visible registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). UEI, Duns & Bradstreet, CAGE Code & Federal Tax ID numbers MUST be submitted with offer. This requirement is solicited as a total small business set-aside in accordance with the FAR. and brand name. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services). This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract and will be awarded using price and other factors. The offer must include proof of adherence to the specifications provided (the quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS) statement and have satisfactory past performance with Government contracts.

REQUIREMENT:

The Louisiana Army National Guard (LARNNG) Data Processing Division is requesting maintenance service on Liebert and Eaton UPS system in accordance with attached PWS . Submission of a Quote constitutes as receipt and understanding of the requirement; if there are any uncertainties about the requirement please ask prior to submission of a quote.

TIMELINE

25 September, 2025 / 3:00 p.m. – Combined Synopsis/solicitation Issued

27 September, 2025 / 10:00 a.m. – Deadline for questions/clarifications (If applicable)

28 September, 2025 / 10:30 a.m. – Solicitation closes

SUBMISSION OF QUOTES:

Offerors shall submit the W912NR25QA0330002 Solicitation Cover Worksheet , complete SF 1449SCHEDULE OF SERVICE/PRODUCTS(S) and PRICING along with providing Liebert and Eaton certification electronically to Contract Specialist, Ms. LaVon Wilson, lavon.d.wilson.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Mrs. Crystal L. Stiles, crystal l.stiles2.civ@army.mil. The Government must have received from the offeror a fully compliant Quote. The Quote is compliant when it conforms to all the requirements terms and conditions specified within the solicitation, including the needs astatement amd equipments specification list.
