The Carmichael Water District La Vista Avenue Paving Restoration Project is located at La Vista Avenue, bound by Robertson Avenue and Marconi Avenue, Carmichael, CA. The project scope of work includes construction of onsite asphalt concrete (AC) pavement on the recently constructed water storage and pump station facility. As well as, grinding and paving La Vista Avenue, south of the water storage tank site (to Marconi Avenue), and complete restoration of a concrete driveway at 5605 Marconi Avenue. Construction of the facilities on the site have been completed, we are now finishing the site grading and AC paving.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM at La Vista Avenue next to the Carmichael Regional Library, 5605 Marconi Avenue, Carmichael, California 95608. At this meeting, representatives of the District will discuss the bid documents, site constraints, order of work and other items specific to the project. Attendance by contractors and/or subcontractors is mandatory, and all interested prospective bidders must attend in order for their bids to be accepted.

Sealed bids addressed to Carmichael Water District Attention Greg Norris, Engineering Manager will be received at the Carmichael Water District, 7837 Fair Oaks Boulevard, Carmichael, California 95608 on Thursday, May 7, 2026 until 2:00 p.m. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Accepted bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 p.m.
