4. SHA is accepting e-mailed submissions only. It is the Proponent's sole responsibility to ensure that your submission is received prior to the closing date and time.
5. After submitting electronically, you should receive an auto-response email that it was received. Note: this auto response email could take up to 15 minutes between the time you send an email and the time you receive the auto response. If you do not receive this e-mail, you are requested to contact a SHA representatives via telephone at 306-766-5167 to confirm that your submission was received.
The SHA will not be held responsible for proposals that are not received before the closing date/time.
All submissions are to be sent to the following e-mail address:
SHABidSubmission@saskhealthauthority.ca. Submissions will not be accepted if they are sent to any other e-mail address; i.e. DO NOT submit your proposals directly to the Purchasing Agent/Contract Specialist listed in this RFP.
Submissions are to be labelled as follows:

In the e-mail body, please provide the following:
- Full company name
- Contact name
- E-mail address and phone number for contact person
Your proposal should be an attachment(s) to the e-mail. The size of the email is limited to 30MB and the attached file(s) should be in PDF format unless otherwise specified in the RFP.

6. Proponents’ proposal must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time), November 19, 2024.
7. Late proposals will be rejected. The SHA may, in its sole discretion at any time, extend the deadline for receipt of proposals. If the SHA extends the deadline for the receipt of proposals, it will be done by way of addendum.
8. Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring their proposals are complete and delivered on time.
9. All proposals should be held firm for the period of 60 days from the RFP close date.
