The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a term contract for Liquid Asphalt, F.O.B. destination, plant pick-up, and material in place. Materials must be provided from ODOT-Certified Producers. There is no guarantee of quantities of Liquid Asphalt to be purchased through this contract. Districts (and Political Subdivisions, when approved) will issue purchase orders as needs for materials arise. |
