Kyiv Embassy - License Plate Pressing machine

The Contractor shall furnish and deliver License Plate Pressing Machine to the U.S. Embassy Kyiv in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. This is a firm-fixed price contract.

The Contractor shall provide new equipment with 1 year warranty covering all major parts. Rebuilt and refurbished equipment will not be accepted. The contractor shall also provide delivery services of the equipment to the designated end-user. Contractor shall complete delivery within 90 calendar days post contract award. The Contractor must ensure equipment is compatible with standard Ukrainian voltage (230 volts), supporting a 50 Hz current frequency, and have a C (European) or F (Schuko) plug type. The Contractor shall provide instructions and warranty documentation in Ukrainian, including the description and functions of items procured. Contractor must also provide information on spare/replacement parts to include the ordering process and delivery timeline. Price must include delivery and warranty to the end user address. The service center for License Plate Pressing Machine must be in Ukraine in case the warranty happens, no delivery outside of the country is permitted. Therefore, the information with the address and service center point of contact is an integral part of this solicitation. Partial deliveries will not be permitted. All items shall be delivered in one complete delivery.

If any item is purchased outside of Ukraine, the contractor is responsible for the importation, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery. US Embassy will not assist in the importation or obtaining permits or other documents, as this is the sole responsibility of the contractor.

The contractor must comply with all applicable International, U.S., and Ukraine regulations.

The exact end-user delivery address will be provided post contract award.
