It is the intent of this bid document to procure 34.5Kv Group Operated Air Break (GOAB) Switches for the City of Jacksonville Beach dba Beaches Energy Services for a period of three (3) years from its effective date. The initial term may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods at the option of Beaches Energy Services under the same terms and conditions as the original Agreement, including any Amendments thereto, unless otherwise modified by mutual agreement of Beaches Energy Services and Supplier.
