The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure approximately 30 (11 firm and 19 estimated) 380 kV Power Circuit Breakers (Circuit Breakers) in three (3) different types for multiple upcoming projects in various locations in Nebraska.  The DISTRICT’S desired delivery dates for the firm quantity circuit breakers and for the estimated quantity Circuit Breakers is referenced under Material Delivery Date.

A non-mandatory Microsoft Teams Meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements included herein. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the Microsoft Teams Meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this Microsoft Teams Meeting.
