THE BIDS SUBMITTED AND THE PURCHASE ORDER, IF AWARDED, SHALL BE IN COMPLETE ACCORDANCE WITH, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS INVITATION TO BID, SPECIFICATION ENTITLED, “SUB-AT-230-G-3
