Demolition of pond retention wall and infill pond depression with provided proctored fill. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on November 12, 2024, at 10:00AM CT, at 16400 Mission Road, Stilwell, Kansas 66085. Bidders shall assemble at the access point at the property coordinates: 38.836383, -94.6306383. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on November 15, 2024, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty 60) days from the date of the bid opening.
