KSU - Parking Deck Maintenance and Cleaning (Day Porter Services)

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide KSU - Parking Deck Maintenance and Cleaning (Day Porter Services) to Kennesaw State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
Overview of the eRFQ Process
The objective of the eRFQ is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods and/or services outlined in this eRFQ to the State Entity.  This eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award.  All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below.  After evaluating all suppliers¿ responses received prior to the closing date of this eRFQ and resolution of any contract exceptions, the preliminary results of the eRFQ process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results.  Subject to the protest process, final contract award(s) will be publicly announced thereafter.
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to invite proposals from interested vendors who can provide exceptional cleaning services to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our parking garages. Kennesaw State University Parking and Transportation seeks proposals from qualified contractors to perform daily cleaning services to the interior and exterior of parking decks including each stairwell which includes disinfecting areas as needed, litter cleanup from the daily use and on-site spill clean-up as needed. Cleaning will be performed on each of the 5 parking decks on a day-to-day basis. The five (5) decks are approximately 7,161 parking spaces totaling 2,362,907 square feet.
We are looking for a long-term partnership with a reputable company that can meet a high standard of quality and efficiency. Any resulting contract shall be for a period of 1 years from the date of award. Additionally, the University reserves the sole option to renew for 4 addition
