Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide KSU: MSPO Program Class Supplies to the Kennesaw State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to invite proposals from interested vendors who can provide exceptional materials and supplies for KSU¿s Orthotics and Prosthetics Master¿s program.
The Orthotics and Prosthetics Master¿s program consists of various classes across two cohorts of students. These classes include Transtibial prosthetics, Upper Limb prosthetics, Lower Limb orthotics, Spinal Orthotics, and clinical competency courses. The materials and supplies that are needed and specific to the O&P discipline include componentry to fabricate prosthetic limbs, casting materials, Orthotic components to fabricate custom bracing, and more. We are seeking vendors who are specifically established to supply materials and devices for orthotic and prosthetic use and supply products that are otherwise unable outside of direct order. Purchasing these items from a contracted supplier will help to streamline the ordering process, reduce the number of vendors needed, and reduce overall cost with preferred customer pricing.
We are looking for a long-term partnership with a reputable company that can meet a high standard of quality and efficiency. Any resulting contract shall be for a period of 1 years from the date award. Additionally, the University reserves the sole option to renew for 4 additional annual terms.
Scope of Service:
Supplier(s) will provide supplies needed for KSU¿s MSPO program throughout the academic year. These items will be of high quality and received in a timely manner. Supplier must confirm that their company is able to provide all of the items listed on the cost worksheet, including Unit price, Cost price, Bulk price, ect.
