KSU: Furniture Rental Products

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide KSU: Furniture Rental Products to the University of Kennesaw (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Scope of Services:
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University is seeking suppliers to procure chairs, tables, tablecloths and tents for various events our university hosts. With numerous events occurring throughout the academic year, we require a consistent and reliable supply of these items to ensure each occasion's smooth operation and success. The tables, tablecloths, and tents will be essential components in creating inviting and functional spaces for attendees, providing shelter and ambiance for outdoor events, and contributing to significantly to the overall success of our gatherings. By securing a contract for these items, we aim to streamline our procurement process and maintain a consistent quality standard across all events hosted by the university.
