KSU: Athletic Promotional Items

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), the University of Georgia is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for promotional items for Kennesaw State University's Athletic Department for football, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Kennesaw, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications.  All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.  Prospective bidders should only contact the University of Georgia Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
Project Scope and Objective

Kennesaw State University (KSU), located northwest of Atlanta in Cobb County near historic Kennesaw Mountain, is the second-largest university in Georgia and one of the fifty largest public universities in the country. A member of the University System of Georgia, Kennesaw State is a comprehensive university recognized for its entrepreneurial spirit, global engagement, and sense of community.  Kennesaw State is a residential institution with a growing population of more than 50,000 students and 4,000 employees.
Kennesaw State University (KSU) invites interested companies to submit proposals to supply various promotional items to the Athletic department. Some of the promotional items listed on the cost worksheet include but are not limited to: Replica Jerseys, Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hawaiian shirts, Cowboy hats, Custom Embroidered patches, T-Shirts, Scarves, Soccer, Beanies. Estimated previous year cost is $50,000-$75,000.
KSU may award multiple contracts multi award contract that qualify for the initial term of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew, which options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity. This solicitation also includes providing promotional items to other areas within the Athletic Department.
