| Summary: | An October 2015 storm event exposed and damaged a 16-inch reclaimed water main in Country Club West Creek on the east side of Krieg Fields, depriving the fields and a bulk fill station of reclaimed water service. Approximately 1,150 feet of 16-inch (20-inch HDPE) reclaimed water main to replace a main that was damaged by flooding and erosion in the Halloween Flood of 2015. Because of highly erodible soils, the preferred long-term solution is a replacement main installed below the erosion hazard zone via horizontal directional drilling (HDD). |
