KP Service Attendants

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S99-25-Q-1000 is being issued as a Request for Quotes.

The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis, TN 38118, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single award contract to be prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561720 Janitorial Services, with a Small Business size standard of $22 million. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Kitchen Patrol (KP) Service Attendants is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to a vendor who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find a small businesses to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing.

Questions: Formal communications such as request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation must be submitted via e-mail to the address below referencing combined synopsis number W50S99-25-Q-1000. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on www.SAM.gov web site. They will be contained in a document titled “Questions and Answers”. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the email address noted below not later than 23 January 2024 at 1:00 p.m. EST. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. Award can only be made to contractors registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov ).

Quote Submission: Quotes will be due to the 164AW/MSC, by 14 February 2025, 1:00 p.m. EST. Quotes will be accepted at stacy.pollet@us.af.mil, referencing combined synopsis number W50S99-25-Q-1000.
