Description
Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes residential well development/redevelopment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with residential well development construction.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 31 July 2027 and final completion date of 30 September 2027.
Award Statement:
Award selection will be based on the total of the Base Bid, the Additive Alternates, and the Miscellaneous Unit Work.
