Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 5th day of December 2024 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 3. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 3 will be held on November 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held in Room G007 of Knoy Hall (KNOY), located at 401 N. Grant St., West Lafayette, IN.
