Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 12th day of December 2024 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 6. West Lafayette Campus – Knoy Hall Room B028 Teaching Lab Refresh – 2024 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 6 will be held on November 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held in Room B028 of Knoy Hall (KNOY), located at 401 N. Grant St., West Lafayette, IN. The architectural/engineering firm for this project is:
