The Project consists of but not limited to: Electrical Upgrades at 46 Fullerton Ave, Whitman, MA, including removal of remaining knob-and-tube and BX wiring and replacement with code-compliant NM-B/MC cabling, grounded devices, and required GFCI/AFCI protection. Scope includes replacement of
identified ungrounded/loose or otherwise malfunctioning receptacles, new circuiting to existing panels, grounding/bonding, identification, testing, and finish restoration (cutting/patching). The project is specification-driven (no drawings) and carries base quantities of and additional work paid under unit prices per Section 01 22 00. All work shall comply with the 2023 NEC and applicable Massachusetts codes and standards. The work is estimated to cost $33,564.00. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. All Bids shall be submitted online at biddocs.com and received no later than the date and time specified.
