Description:

Limited demolition and renovation to the existing Art Classroom floor slab as located at Kelly Miller Elementary School. Scope includes removal of existing VCT flooring in limited areas, concrete floor slab removal, new floor slab installation with new VCT floor tile to match as similar. Scope also includes removal, salvaging and re-installation of existing casework as part of floor slab repair. Work area shall be protected from remaining part of classroom as outlined.
